Internet Returns

We offer a full refund * on purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and also offer an exchange on all garments returned within 30 days.

We will aim to have your item exchanged or refund dealt with, within 3-5 days of receiving the returned goods.

* SALE ITEMS - On all sale items we offer an exchange on item's of the same value or give credit of the same value to spend on our online store. We cannot offer refunds on these items as they are strictly end of line and limited items.

To return an item

In order to return an item, please print off our returns form below

This reference number should be included within the parcel being returned. Please post your return back to us within the original packaging to the address provided online. Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as Sin Star cannot accept responsibility for items not received.

* For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.

All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card, for postage refunds against faulty items, we shall contact you to arrange payment.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
